Yesterday, the bf and I decided to eat at a food truck for lunch, since his work didn't have any good lunch and I didn't want to Postmates again. He had heard from his work buddies that Señor Sisig was good, so off we went.
It was a food truck serving Filipino-Mexican food (think burritos, but with Filipino meat), and I have to say it was delicious. I ordered a California Sisig burrito, which contained chicken, french fries, shredded cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The bf ordered the Super Sisig burrito, which had adobo garlic rice, pinto beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, and a cilantro cream sauce. The burritos were huge, so I ate half yesterday, and half today. It still tasted good the second day, which is saying something.
As usual, pictures and captions below.
All in all, I would definitely eat at this food truck again. The line is absolutely worth it. For $9.75, this is a delicious burrito, albeit a little pricier than most.
Score: 9/10

Unwrapping the delicious burrito. Not only was it long, but it was also heavier than most burritos. |
The french fries are visible in the bottom of the burrito. At first, I thought that french fries in a burrito would taste weird. Then I tasted the burrito, and realized that I was mistaken. |
