So today, my family and I went to this great ramen place. I had actually tried this on my last trip to Japan, but because it was so delicious, we decided to try it again. The way the menu works is as follows - there are 8 different kinds of broths, and each broth has the same set of 7 different toppings (ranging from having egg and pork in the ramen to just plain ramen). I had the spiciest ramen with no toppings (although there were still two slices of pork). The last few bites were a struggle, because the broth was a bit oily, but it was delicious nonetheless! I will definitely be coming back.

A bit of the menu. I had the plain Red Jangara - it was delicious! |

Apparently this is a menu for all of the extra things you can order. Anyone who can read Kanji/Hiragana/Katagana want to verify this? |

What my ramen looked like! The two slices of pork are in the top left of the bowl. |
